At Jamie Lee we are committed to providing beautiful quality products and excellent service. We offer a 100% guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases please return them within 14 days clean and unworn with the tags attached and we will give you a full refund or exchange on the purchase price.
All Goods returned will be at the expense of the customer, however if the product is faulty we will be happy to refund or credit the cost of freight.

Return Process
Step 1

Returns and exchanges need to be mailed at the customers expense to:
Please include a copy of your receipt and a note advising us of your needs.
Exchanges: please include a self –addressed pre-paid envelope for your new items to be sent in.
Returns: You will be credited for the goods once the items have been received. We are unable to refund postage costs.
Faulty items: You will be credited for the goods and postage once the items have been received and the fault is approved.

We accept major credit cards, Visa and MasterCard.
Payments can also be made by cheque or via Internet banking. At the checkout you have the option of selecting your prefered payment option, your order will then be dispatched once your payment has cleared.
All transactions will be charged to the value of your purchase in New Zealand dollars.
